• Comment: Great service and the technicians were very congenial and answered all of my questions. Frank (I think was his name) or the out helper, even placed my fan where they it would help with drying. My only disappointment has to do with stains that cannot be removed. Areas with black that I guess has been caused by tracking in from our entrance driveway. I wish something would clean the stains so I wouldn't need to replace the 3 year olds carpet.
