- Comment: The first technician was nice; however, the pet odor came back the next day and our office had a weird chemical smell. Since we bought the pet guarantee plan, I called Dalworth. They sent Harold, a new tech, who was simply outstanding. A true gentlemen plus he knows his stuff! Our office smells clean and fresh, and the pet odors are completely gone. Dalworth honors their warranty and is quick to make things right. Highly recommended.
