• Comment: I had the grout and tile cleaned last year and was very pleased by Fred. This year it was Colby and he was very nice but the floors were not as clean. Fred used the machine and Colby used his hands and scrubber. I had to clean the edges after he finished as the dirt was still there. Colby asked if I was pleased and I said yes even though I was disappointed it was not as clean as last year and did not notice the dirt on edges until I was putting furniture back
