• Comment: We had dust and dirt all over our house after the service. This was not expected. Our air ducts were very dirty, per the technician and the video/visual inspection. However, it would have been better if the Technician had tapped close or covered the air duct vents and return vents during the process. Overall we were still very satisfied with the service, the house clean up was unexpected. Thanks.
