- Comment: When techs arrived I had to expand the work order to meet emergencies. The work was done excellently and at price discussed, tho there was misunderstanding on my part on how the extra rooms and division of added costs was written up in the order. That led me to call for clarification, and it was just for clarification, not as a complaint. Phone response was helpful, excellent.
