• Comment: The technicians were wonderful! They were very friendly, efficient, and clean. I realize I did sign on for the "premium service" which included some drying with large fans, but to pay over $450 to clean the carpets in my upstairs game room, hallway, and one set of stairs is a bit expensive. I knew this going in, however, and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service & the carpets look great.
