• Comment: Our technician was kind, but at times he appeared to be unfocused. He may have needed to pause longer in his truck a few times than others have done, perhaps to have a smoking break. He mentioned that he had been talked to about taking too long on his jobs due to his waiting for the spot remover to work (his manager actually came during the cleaning to check on him), but I think his lack of continuous focus and constant work lead to this. Having said that, he was kind and personable whenever we communicated. And I recognize that cleaning carpets is quite an arduous job. All in all, he removed the spots we were concerned about and seemed to try his best to do a good job.
