• Comment: EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! (I believe her name was Melissa--apologize if that's wrong); however, she represented to me what the "ideal" customer service person IS and DOES. She was more than helpful and knowledgeable. I was given a window of 3-5pm for my technician to be at my home. He was here at 3:05pm. It doesn't get much better than that. He was courteous, answered a few additional questions I'd thought of (without a moment's hesitation, which really indicated he knew his profession). I just don't have one negative thing to say about Dalworth and will definitely be calling on you again. We anticipate purchasing new carpeting in about one year from now and we will know to call too! Thank you
