Comment: Negatives: Expecting a Dalworth vehicle. Vehicle was unmarked. Was not aware a third party was to perform the service. This should be made clear to the customer before the technician arrives. The technician was not displaying identification. My home's electricity was used.
Positives: Technician explained clearly the overall process as well as each step. Technician spoke well and with respect. Technician respected my property. Technician did not engage in "chit-chat" and focused on doing the job. Technician did not try to upsell me. Payment was performed by voice over the phone.
