• Comment: Our service technician Randy Johnson was great. He was pleasant, considerate, knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He cleaned my rugs like they were his own. I will definitely ask for him next time. About rating your pricing - if we had an average service tech, I would have chosen "Fair," but since the service included Randy's work, I would rate it as a "Good bargain."
