• Comment: From the time I called to the time that I said goodbye to the technician was the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time! I was distraught because of my pet getting into my bedroom where she is not allowed and urinating on my mattress and carpet - I did not know what to do and needed it done immediately - the phone representative heard my distress and made accomodations to work with what you already had as a booked schedule for that day and spoke to your dispatcher and called me back and to told me the good news that she can get someone that afternoon. Harold did a great job - told me about the process and was understanding, professional and friendly! Thank you for hiring a great team - I thought great customer service was dead - Tara Rubsamen P.S. The only disappointment was that the stain by the back door is still there - the mattress looks awesome!
