• Comment: I had ordered service on-line, but because I had also ordered our sofa to be cleaned and the quick-drying method, I wasn't notified by email confirmation. I called Friday noontime and was told this, but Kristen was able to notify Alberto, who immediately arrived and proceeded to clean all of our carpeting -- very efficiently and quickly. He is extremely pleasant and helpful and wasn't at all upset with having 3 small dogs underfoot! I will certainly ask for Alberto again. Peg Fickle
