Comment: The website offered a 7:30 appointment time which we took. The tech did not arrive until around 9 AM. He told us that was the time he was told to be here and he showed us the info on his cell phone to prove it. I would have been more satisfied if (1) you didn't offer a 7:30 appointment which was definitely not available on the day of our appointment and/or (2) someone would have notified us of late arrival. This is a front office problem and not a tech problem. The tech was very competent and we liked him.
