• Comment: Shared his knowledge, made recommendations based on value (i.e. not recommending carpet protector for a room whose carpet was worn out). Felt he was honest and he conveyed the impression that 'getting it right' was his priority. Called ahead to inform us of 1/2 hour late arrival, apologized & explained that the previous house was a 'nightmare' of a job. Performed to a standard of excellence!
