Comment: On my online order I requested 3 bedrooms but when the order was entered into your system it was mistakenly listed as 1 bedroom. Richard called called me at work and we discussed the difference and I thought I had mistakenly requested one bedroom.. so Richard was so kind and worked with me to update the order to what I wanted/needed for the house. Afterward I searched my computer at work and found a copy of my original order online had been for 3 bedrooms for the initial quote i was given. When I called your office I spoke with a very pleasant and helpful lady .. sorry I lost her name... she pulled her copy and confirmed I had been overcharged and promised a refund when the paperwork had been received back from Richard. Overall I am very impressed by the quality of service from Richard and your customer service! Will definitely call you next time! Debbie Nichols
