• Comment: Jared was fantastic. He tried very hard to get a few pet stains out as well as make a high-traffic area in the living room not as black-ish, and those areas seemed to come out in previous Dalworth visits but I think our carpet is just that old now to where some stains just won't budge. I am not sure if a carpet protector or pet odor service was performed during this visit, but Jared worked very hard on those spots, which was appreciated. He also moved a bed and opened the closet in the BR for which I only paid the economy rate - that was very nice of him. Nice guy. Will definitely use Dalworth for all future flooring needs.
