• Comment: We had two days of rain prior to the carpet cleaning. It was VERY humid the day he cleaned. It took longer to dry than usual. I have always used Dalworth. I was not happy with the previous technician/cleaning. Apparently, no one read my email AND survey because I never heard from anyone. However, this time Chris L. made up for the last tech's shortcomings. I'm glad I didn't make a change to another vendor.
