• Comment: Phone rep said cost for 3 rooms + hall was $175. I negotiated. Stanley Steamer quoted $135.on line. Think they had a discount on that.
  She said it would be $50 discount for $150. I said "No, $125" Fixed it.
  Started with appt 11 days away. I said "No". Then she chanced it to today btw 2-4 pm. Dispatcher then called at noon and said technician was on the way.
  Quote the competitive price to get the customers and you will get people back easier.
  Technician was excellent. Did a really good job. Explained what we wanted to know.
