• Comment: The technician also did a small portion of my tiles for free which helped me to determine that I probably need to have my tile re-grouted as the grout lines are very stained and dirty most likely due to the fact the original grout was never properly sealed. I would have been more pleased if you had re-grouting services available or could have provided recommended 3rd parties to do the work. I highly recommend that you consider doing so as it is an option I believe many would consider. Full service is highly appreciated by those of us that are elderly and retired.
