Comment: I had originally tried to place my order through the website. However, I was having difficulty because I had a coupon but I was trying to order the standard service. There was nothing on the coupon nor on the website that told me that I had to order the "bargain" (that's not the right word but I hope you'll know what I mean) service in order to use the coupon. Therefore, the computer kept rejecting my order with no explanation. Then I called Dal-Worth and Amber was most helpful in explaining the hidden clause to the coupon bargain and walking me through exactly which service would be best for me. My suggestion would be that the coupon be more explicit or that the website point out the limits and/or exceptions when using a specific coupon. Thanks for you concern in this.
