• Comment: I was having the carpets cleaned after tenants were evicted. The technician accurately informed me about the horrible condition of the carpets and honestly told me that the work could not be guaranteed due to the stains and trash. I requested that he do his best so that when I was back in town I could make a decision about replacing the carpets. He called me when he finished and said that the carpets cleaned up better than anticipated. He did a great job and I appreciate the straightforward communication.
