- Comment: I would like to say that Cassandra has excellent customer service skills and the two men who came out to clean our carpets were extremely honest and did not try to add services that were truly not needed. It's good to have honest people who aren't out to rip you off, because of the customer service and because of the honesty I will be calling again to have additional services provided.
