- Comment: Our technician did a very good job on the carpets & stairs. However, we are Not Satisfied with the 81/2 x 9 ft. Rug we had cleaned. It looked good while wet. When it dried, it looked like it had never been cleaned. All the spots are still there. I would like for it to be reclean or a refund. I feel we paid too much for it to be cleaned & looks like this in 2 days!!!
