• Comment: The crew was to arrive at 0800-0830. I received a call saying they would be closer to 0830 at 0750 by Nancy. They had not shown by 0845 so I called to ask where they were and was told they had to stop and get floor stripper at home depot but would be there in a few minutes. They finally arrived at 0935. The funny thing is I scheduled a carpet cleaning and only asked for an estimate on wood floors so I don't understand. They did not clean the closets so I will not recommend dalworth to anyone.
