• Comment: Overall I was very pleased with your services. I am the office manager for an appraisal company and we had a situation where the appraiser accidently got mud on a home owner's carpet. Based on the price, the guarantee, how quickly you could get to the home, and the overall rating of your company on the internet, I decided to give your company a chance. The woman on the phone, Megan, was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The home owner told me the service technician was very nice and professional and got the stain out of the carpet for her. The only issue was that the technician was supposed to call our office when he was done so I could pay for the service (as I was unable to prepay) and there was some confusion when he tried to collect payment from the home owner. The home owner called me and I called your company and we were able to get the issue resolved, but it could have ended up being an issue. I have to give high marks to your people on the phones - every person I spoke with was very pleasant and willing to do what was necessary to ensure I had a positive experience.
