• Comment: Cassandra was the representative that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She had such a pleasant demeanor. She had a great voice and was happy. Later I had called back and Cassandra happened to answer the phone again... I had called back to cancel my appt. because ZeroRez had quoted me a better price. Cassandra explained to me (without being pushy) that I should reconsider, and listed the reasons why I should reconsider. She was so pleasant on the phone to me that it triggered me to remember the ZeroRez representative was not courteous or pleasant and it was because of Cassandra that I kept the appt. with Dalworth. George was my technician and he was very pleasant. He made sure I understood the process and then began his work. He was a good representative for Dalworth . I was pleased to have George as my technician.
