• Comment: Employees on phone and in person were wonderful. Carpets looked great that day. All animals have been contained in the office with no access to cleaned rugs. Today, I see some one the old stains seem to be reappearing. Maybe they were missed with extra spot service I paid for. Not sure but I was much happier when carpet was wet! I would call you back as your service was professional.
