- Comment: The technician who did our cleaning was very friendly and personable. He didn't have an issue with my dogs who barked at him most of the time. He thoroughly explained the process of what he was doing to our carpet and what we should and shouldn't do. I have some pretty tough pee stains on my carpet and now they are either completely gone or pretty faded. I am definitely happy with the outcome and will recommend you guys!
