• Comment: I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. I checked online for pricing and found there were no appointments for the date I selected. I called and spoke with Melissa. She was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond and was able to send someone out that afternoon between 1 and 3. The technician arrived right at 1pm and was super friendly. My carpet looks great. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned until now. A few of my friends have used groupon to find cheap deals on carpet cleaning. Although I support entrepreneurship and hope there are enough customers so all can be successful, I have to go with a well established company when inviting them into my home. I have already told a few friends and family members about what a great job y'all did. Thanks again.
