• Comment: Since the cleaning was upstairs & we had had pet issues; we wanted a really good cleaning & wanted to make sure the floors dried well. When I confirmed the order, I was told the tech would assess the floor to see if we could have the pet treatment upstairs & if yes, he could dry steam also. I was disappointed the tech wasn't even aware he was to use the dry steam and didn't even have a dry steam machine. The tech did an excellent job and the floors look great.
