- Comment: We had a lot of stretching to do. I don't love how the seams look. The cleaning part was wonderful. George is a lovely gentleman and I enjoyed haviing him in my home all day. He has a wonderful positive attitude and was always very polite. As for the girl on the phone...we kept missing each other...I had left messages that this was a bigger job than we originally spoke of....but unfortunately, we never reconnected until George came out the first time. I love my clean rugs and would ask to have George come again!
