• Comment: We have never had vents cleaned before. While the tech covered many items with plastic and warned of dust and debris coming out, we were not prepared for the great amount of ugly dust all over our kitchen, dark wood floors and I guess many places we couldn't see it. (ie rugs, upholstered furniture, etc). If we had a check list beforehand, we would have covered much more ourselves. and I would not have done 2 detailed cleanings in one week, vacuuming, dusting, swiffering,. I believe the tech was surprised at the amount, asking about the dark floor "did I do that?" This is not a criticism of him, but wonder if the vacuum was working properly.
  We like Dalworth and would use you again. Just some ideas!
