• Comment: The original technician was tied up on a previous call and I was notified.twice by the friendly lady in the office. I appreciate the calls and completely understood. As luck would have it, she ended up sending a different technician who was outstanding. His name was Shawn and he was very professional and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. We really appreciated the work he did and the great tips he gave regarding the carpets. We are having Dalworth come on FRiday to clean our air ducts and we expect the same professional service. thank you!!!!
