- Comment: Richard Hearn, franchise owner, arrived promptly and didn’t waste any time getting to work. He did a fantastic job and made my 15-year old carpet look brand new! Richard was very friendly and informative on several subjects of carpet care. We had great conversation the entire time he was working diligently cleaning my carpets.
