Comment: In talking with the phone representative I understood that the service technician would do the pet treatment if the $99 treatment didn't work. I thought she had said he could do both the same day, but he was not able to do that after we realized the $99 treatment probably didn't help much (we could still smell the odor, even though it was masked by the vinegary-soapy smell). Once dry, we felt that the initial $99 clean did not help at all - in fact it made it worse (although we were told that could happen). When the technician came out a couple of days later and did the guaranteed pet treatment, it was very thorough and once it dried we were happy with the results. We chose to have the kitchen tile cleaned that day too, and it looks great! Some of the solution got on the edge of the carpet and it looks darker. I have been treating it with Shout and it will probably be OK. We were very pleased that Dalworth scheduled us in at a very busy time.
