• Comment: i got frustrated because he came out and he said the rug was bigger, which was fine I had just guessed on the sizes, and he said we can either take it into the shop or we can do it here and I didn't know. I felt like he was difficult to communicate with because of his attitude and it may have partially been because it was so late. They were running so late they asked if we could do the cleaning a different day.
