Comment: I was given a window for tech (Chris) to arrive between 9am - 11am. At 10:45 I got a call from Dalworth telling me that the tech was on his way. I was not happy about the lateness as I had to be at a vacant house waiting 2 1/2 hrs. But the office compensated me they upgraded my economy packet to include free drying fans and deodorizer. The technician was very apologetic. This wasn't even suppose to be his job. he felt bad that we had to wait so long and didn't get notified until about 10:45. I'd say overall I was pleased with Dalworth's employees and for making right a bad start. If I use Dalworth again, I will definitely ask for the tech we had, he was awesome!
