• Comment: The phone rep was extremely friendly and I definitely didn't have an issue there.. The only issue wih the phone rep was that she didn't ask me if I had a pantry in the kitchen that needed the tile cleaned. I failed to ask about the pantry as I thought that would be included with the kitchen tile. The issue I had with the technician was I found a lot of cat hair still on the pillows of my couch and love seat. I figured the cleaning would remove all that.
