• Comment: Initially I could not get appointment for same week. I scheduled for following week. My appointment time was 8-8:30, and technicians arrived about 0835. I can understand That traffic can be a problem. Technicians were professional, polite and efficient. Job was completed in about an hour. I initially called in at 0740 to let the office know I was at home and to check on arrival time. She told me it would be 0815-0820. I asked again if they would call, and she said yes. No call received, but technicians arrived at about 0835.
