• Comment: When we talked on the phone and placed the order I asked if they could stretch the carpet in one area and was told they could do that for me but the tech. came they didn't have equipment to do that. For the most part they did a great job but I did have to go behind them and point out areas that needed more attention. That being said, I am very happy with the job they did. Oh, one more thing, the techs. were not aware this was premium service and I had to call their attention to cleaning around the baseboards.
