- Comment: The " wait " on held for the telephone person ( very cordial ) to check with scheduling was very unacceptable both times I was put on hold. In one case it was 15 minutes. In the second case I just finally hung up. This is a big glitch in your otherwise excellent service. Jaimie, the technician, was excellent. .
