• Comment: Juan was really pleasant and honest. My carpets were in pretty bad shape. Was hoping to get tile cleaned same day, but will have to wait til next time, due to cost. Tile is pretty dirty too!! But all in all, excellent service. Only thing that was not perfect is that I did not receive the notification call 30 minutes ahead of time. I have three dogs, so it was somewhat crazy when Juan showed up at front door!! I would have had the dogs outside if I had received the call.
