- Comment: Our service tech was very personable and well groomed. He was knowledgable and thorough. Did a great job. Did not leave my wool carpet too wet. Would highly recommend him to other people as well as having him return to clean our carpet. Also would like to commend Jenny who did the scheduling for both cleaning of our Oriental rugs as well as our carpet. Both are great employees who make you feel special. Thank you for all!!
