Comment: The service technician was only 30 minutes late due to traffic so it was excusable. The only issue I had was the original quote I had been given over the phone include an extra large room. I told the phone representative very clearly that it was equivalent of two rooms but it was one big "grand" room in the center of my house. She wrote extra large room on the work order, but when the technician saw it he said it was going to have to be billed a two rooms. After calling the office, the service technician said they agreed to match the original price given over the phone. I was very put off by having to deal with this issue especially after being completely up front with the phone representative about the size of the room.
