• Comment: We did the dry steam clean (paid extra) and the carpets were still wet when the technician left (he did a great job!). He explained the process great, but I feel like your website is a little misleading on what the dry steam is. It talks about using more hot water to get a better clean and there is no drying time. The technician explained it as just using extra fans to dry it for 15 minutes. I feel like your website is misleading as to what the dry steam is. Overall, the technician was great and the carpets are soft and clean.
