• Comment: No response needed from Dalworth. The only thing that was objectionable was the smell of the exhaust from the van during cleaning. The door had to remain partially open for the hose. This had nothing to do with the technician; I didn't even mention it to him. Next time, I think I'll try the dry cleaning method that Dalworth offers; perhaps it won't require an engine to run during the cleaning process. I am very pleased. The carpets look great; I received an estimate for our Persian rugs. I will call Dalworth the next time I need cleaning. Thank you!
