- Comment: Not a big fan of the per room pricing. Our kitchen is a small Falls kitchen with a small eat in area that holds a bistro size table only. Also, our bath!laundry room is quite small. Maybe 20 sq feet of exposed tile if that. Very happy with our tech, Pat(Pasquale)
