• Comment: The phone rep was very personable and made the experience a pleasant one. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and I would use your services again. The service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure dealing with him. Even though the tech was running late, your office did call and inform me of the delay which was extremely professional and which I appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Dalworth!
