• Comment: Our technician did a really good job of focusing on cleaning our carpets right while the home office was trying to rush him on to the next job in Coppell. We had a LOT of carpet to be cleaned. It made us very happy that Pat, I think, focused on getting our carpets done right and did not rush through the job when encouraged to do so by phone. We will stick with Dalworth because we consistently like the technician we get there.
