• Comment: Our technication, Harold, was very knowlegeable about the cleaning process and very through with his work, I was somewhat sensative with the cleaning solution applied on the carpet at first, we opened windows, which prolonged the dryong processed, very humid outside. Harold was very courteous and called you to check on another produvt you carry, that be better for me. Harold will be the technication I will ask for when we clean again.
